🫐🥯 Protein Blueberry Bagels – Healthy, Soft & Packed with Protein

These homemade blueberry protein bagels are soft, lightly sweet, and bursting with juicy blueberries in every bite. Made with Greek yogurt and protein powder, they’re perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout snack, or healthy meal prep option!

Ingredients (makes about 6 bagels):

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup protein powder

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg, for egg wash

💪 Nutrition (per bagel):

~180 kcal | 15g protein | 2g fat | 30g carbs

📌 Easy prep + bake — ready in about 30 minutes!

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and honey, mixing until a thick dough forms.

3. Fold in the Blueberries
Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries, trying not to crush them.

4. Shape the Bagels
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ring to create the bagel shape, then place onto the prepared baking sheet.

5. Brush & Bake
Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until lightly golden brown and cooked through.

These are absolutely delicious! Get to The Mill, Bonduel and try one yourself you won’t be disappointed!

Go hungry they have great sandwiches!

And bring a pal, do a little shopping they have something for everyone! From clothing to bourbon and everything inbetween! Best part is they get everything locally!❤️

This little coffee shop is a must stop destination! So much history, great atmosphere and awesome staff!
