🥩 Employee Spotlight: Meet Josh Propes! 🥩

Today we’re spotlighting Josh, one of our meat cutters! Hardworking, funny, and a little crazy, Josh loves the people he works with and getting to serve our customers.

His favorite item? The Ribeye Steak Sandwich! But when asked what every customer should try, his answer was simple: “Everything!” 🙌

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his kids, going to church, and watching sports. One of his favorite things in life is being a Papa! ❤️

🍔 His dream burger, “The Big J,” features hot pepper cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, Meat Store rub, Montreal steak seasoning, and spicy mayo. That sounds like a burger with some personality!

His mom’s homemade meatloaf holds a special place at the dinner table, and Cincinnati chili is something he could eat every day.

Formerly known as Bahama Mama, meet THE OUTLAW—our smoked mett with a bold blend of three peppers and a smoky kick. 🔥

Like any good outlaw, it’s a little rough around the edges, brings some heat, and has a reputation that follows it wherever it goes. One bite and you’ll understand why this one’s WANTED!

Come round up a few at The Meat Store before it skips town again! 🤠

🌟 Meet Jacob Wynn! 🌟

Our employee spotlight continues with Jacob from our deli team! His favorite part of working at The Meat Store is the people—both his coworkers and the customers he’s made friends with along the way. ❤️

Jacob’s favorites from our case include a twice-baked potato, and his recommendation for your next visit is the Jeff Steakwich! 🥩

His own menu idea brings a little heat: the Spice Burger, seasoned with The Meat Store rub and topped with hot pepper cheese and spicy mayo. 🍔🔥

When he’s off the clock, Jacob enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend and friends, playing sports, and gaming.

Knowledgeable, fun, and sometimes sarcastic 😉, Emily loves helping give our customers the friendly, personal experience that makes this place special.

Her go-to pick? Cheesy jalapeño sausage! And if you haven’t tried the ribeye steak sandwich, she says you can’t go wrong. 🙌

Outside the store, Emily enjoys reading, drawing, and painting—and dreams of becoming an artist! 🎨
