Ana Cecilia y Adolfo son una emprendedora pareja procedentes de dos milenarios países: Perú y México respectivamente.

Su historia empresarial se inicia el 8 de mayo de 2011 cuando cristalizaron uno de sus sueños familiares en la hermosa ciudad de Baraboo: Aperturar Las Milpas Hispanic Store bajo el lema “Authentic Hispanic products at low prices”, una tienda de insumos hispanos para ofrecer a la comunidad que los acoge, productos y servicios diversos y novedosos con excelente calidad y al mejor precio. El nombre ¨Las Milpas¨ fue inspirado en los sembríos de maíz especialmente los que rodean a la ciudad de Baraboo. El primer y segundo local estuvieron ubicados en Hwy 12 y frente a la aceptación del público y aumento de sus clientes se establecieron desde el 05 de mayo del 2017 en su local propio ubicado en 603 8th. avenue

Pero su historia empresarial recién iniciaba.

Con los productos y materia prima originales, Ana Cecilia tuvo una gran visión: transformarlos y ofrecer a sus clientes exquisitos platos de comida, inaugurando el 27 de agosto del 2018 Las Milpas Restaurant, bajo el lema “The Amazing Homecook Flavor”,para el deleite de sus clientes, ofreciendo una carta amplia, sabrosa y variada de la gastronomía mexicana en un lugar acogedor, festivo y tradicional convirtiéndose en un agradable rinconcito Mexicano en el corazón de Baraboo WI.
