UPDATE SOLD!

Pork!

A customer we did some cutting for this week unfortunately had a couple people back out of 2 pigs at the last minute. They’re all ready to go and the group they’re in will be coming in this Sunday. Great looking pork and will most definitely be some good eating. If you’re interested in one of them reach out and I can put you in contact with him. Thanks!

It’s that time of year!! We’ll be accepting deer daily! If it’s during weekday business hours just stop on by, if it’s after hours or weekends give me a call to make sure someone’s available. Keep in mind I love to hunt myself and check my phone periodically when I’m in the woods so I’ll get back with you asap to set up a drop off time. As always the best way is gutted washed and straight here. The less you do the better, any exposed meat can trap dirt, hair and bacteria and we’ll end up having to trim it off. If you’re using the electronic tags make sure you have all the information ready to go on your phone to make our life a little easier and keep things rolling. If you need a taxidermist? We got a guy! If you need a euro? You guessed it we got a guy who picks up weekly. Both do great work and have displays in the shop. You won’t be disappointed! We’re looking forward to seeing everyone whether you’ve been here from the start or it’s your first time! Can’t wait to hear the stories good luck and give us a shout!

Big shout out to all the youth hunters last weekend!! It’s a great thing seeing the next generation hit the woods and hopefully doing something that they’ll be doing with their kids one day! Good job parents and grandparents get the kids off the screens and in the woods!

Between that and the early doe we were running a little thin on cooler space. As always thank you for the support October 1st can’t come here quick enough! Good luck and give us a holler.

It’s almost that time!!
We’ll be taking deer all weekend for the youth/early doe hunt. Gutted washed and straight here is always the best bet for minimal meat loss. I’ll be in the woods with my son as well so if I don’t pick up the phone I’ll shoot you a text and get you squared away. But someone will be at the shop all weekend. We’ll take deer until we fill up! Looking forward to seeing everyone good luck and get those kids in the woods!

Unfortunately beef is all booked up until this winter. Only a couple of dates left open for pigs until after the first of the year so don’t wait until the last minute to try and squeeze them in give us a shout and get em’ in your freezer!

Van Buren 2026✌🏻

50 pigs cut and packed since last week, if you haven’t heard from us yet we’ll be packing up 1,100lb of smoked meat on Monday and you’ll be eating good in no time! Everything that comes through those doors we do everything we can to give you the best finished product. We know a lot of time and money goes into it. That animal also gave its life to feed you and your family and it deserves the upmost respect! I know in this world you can’t make everyone happy but it damn sure won’t stop us from trying! Couldn’t do it without the best crew around good job guys! Catch us down at the Berrien county fair.
