James Evangelical Lutheran Church parking lot every other Saturday starting on June 6, 2026. You'll find local fresh and organic produce, eggs, poultry, honey, beautiful cut flowers, responsibly sourced coffees, baked goods, ready to eat foods and so much more! Special presentation and speaker on scams and fraud: Detective Dave Donnelly, a 27 year veteran of the Baltimore County Police Department, will be the guest speaker at the upcoming Overlea Community Meeting on Tuesday June 9, 2026 7pm.

Overlea residents, particularly older community members, are concerned about scams and fraud related activity. This presentation will provide an opportunity to learn about current fraud schemes and, most importantly, how to identify them and protect yourself from becoming a victim.

Detective Donnelly currently investigates Complex Financial crimes while assigned to the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office. He also serves as a Task Force Officer with the FBI Baltimore Field Office assigned to the Complex Financial Crimes Unit.

The presentation will be at Lassahn Funeral Homes, 7401 Belair Road, 21236. Enter the side door off the parking lot. The General meeting and elections will be held after the presentation.
