Made with 50% Ground Beef & 50% Boston Butt. Seasoned with some pureed onions, bread crumbs & love!

These are fully cooked and ready to eat cold with mustard or hot with a side of southern style potato salad.

THE Reuben Brat. Made with chunks of swiss cheese, sauerkraut, & thousand island!

Its hard to find time to come up with new flavors, taste testing, and revising recipes, but Robert Wisor makes time to make it happen.
We appreciate his willingness to make new flavors, and give his input to making them perfect.

This brat was a team effort between Kerry Godfrey, Annette Corbett, Bobby, & the few customers(Guinea pigs😅) who approved the taste of the New Rueben Bratwurst!

He's a BIG part of the Downtown Ball Ground community & businesses. He's always trying to find ways to bring people happiness while even promoting all the businesses!

Last week he gave us some of Mound Street Bakery s new sourdough banana bread & cran oatmeal cookies. This week he gave us Barrel House Coffee Company s German Chocolate Lattes! ALL were So good and very appreciated!

The added sugar rush and caffeine is always appreciated. What a great guy.

He's not on social media, but if your in town and get a chance to meet him, know he is a treasure in this town. ❤️
