Briar & Bramble Honey

Briar & Bramble Honey We are a small honey producer in Baldwin City. Kansas but are beekeepers first! We manage our hives organically.

Our raw unprocessed honey is available at the Baldwin City Farmer's Market, Saturdays 8-11am from honey harvest to well into cold weather. Honey harvest happens as early as mid August to as late as mid September. We also have limited amounts of pure beeswax available. Alternately, to arrange for pick up at our home, please leave a phone message or direct message on facebook. We will return your call and we'll work out a time that suits us both.

Dear Fellow Honey Lovers,

We enjoy keeping bees and are proud to share their honey! We find we're engaging Facebook less than ever, and not enough to serve you well. Please do reach us through our phone number on our labels (a landline, and we ALWAYS answer messages) and at the Baldwin City Farmer's Market, starting in September each year. We appreciated your patronage and trust.

The last harvest was extraordinarily small. We're out of honey until next harvest, September 2023. We'll put the signs back up in the yard when we have honey again! See you then!

A helpful resource!

Some plants attract honey bees while others attract native bees. These plant lists were compiled from beekeeper observations of plants the bees like best.
