It is time to start planting! We have plant starts available for pick up in Greencastle and Bainbridge. $20 for flat, $24 for heirloom variety pack. Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, herbs, cucumbers, squash, and heirlooms. Message us or use the order form in the link. Flats and individual packs will also be available at the Farmer's Markets. 60 degrees in the greenhouse! You are looking at the future home of about 500 heads of lettuce. Today’s challenge - getting the grow bed built and leveled.

Phase 1 of 2 in our first lettuce expansion. We will be adding one more of these grow beds this year to get our lettuce production to about 200 heads a week.

Things only go up from here. Future projects will be vertical. NFT tracks to fill in open space above fish tanks and grow beds, and towers to take the rest of floor space.

By summer our greenhouse will be 90% water based with all of our soil based plants in the outdoor summer garden. By this time next year, we hope to provide salad greens year round using these aquaponic systems and a variety of seasonal produce.

We are starting 2023 with a lot of excitement for the year to come. Stay tuned for future markets where you can come check out our progress in person!
