Bill Kirchenbauer, nationally known actor/comedian and owner of LoneStar Caviar in Austin, Texas is booking his caviar seminar for private dinner parties and foodie get-togethers. The seminar offers a rare opportunity to sample and compare the nuances of several types of caviar, much like a wine tasting. Participants will be supplied with an array of caviar ranging from the inexpensive to the most prized Russian Osetra or Beluga and a lively and humorous presentation will enlighten and inform. Prices start at $250 per person upward depending on the choice and amount per sample. There is a four person minimum per seminar. Book early for the holidays. Bill can be contacted at 512-636-8265.
