Monterey Jack Queso Dip might be our favorite recipe ever….and with Monterey Jack BOGO through September, now’s the time to make it!

Ingredients:
12 oz evaporated milk
2 cups shredded Kenny’s Monterey Jack
12 oz Rotel, undrained
¼ tsp cayenne, optional

Bring milk to a boil, stir in cheese until melted, then add Rotel and cayenne. Serve warm.
