If you would like your store to carry it, you’ll need to request it. In Austin you can find TX at Wheatsville, Fresh Plus, Royal Blue, Fin’s First and other bodegas. Yes! We smoke our own mozzarella 😋 We use applewood to impart a good smoky flavor without developing any acrid qualities. Applewood is used because mozzarella is a mild cheese and is overpowered by stronger wood flavors like hickory and oak. Our smoked mozz is used on the Godmother and Cheese Me pizzas. The brand of wood pellet we use is Traeger. 🍕❤️

This is why I love running local deliveries. I’m always on the lookout for new and look what I found!! Strawberry ice cream sandwich with lemon cookie. Strawberry is one of my faves and it’s even better on the lemon cookie than the chocolate cookie. Thank you !!
