What an absolutely gorgeous day. No wind, no rain. Was it hot? OK, yes. But it was also gorgeous. We really want to thank all the vendors who came to share their goods and to all those wonderful people who showed up and supported us.

We will have more vendors joining as the season progresses. As plants rise from the earth like a phoenix renewed, they will magically appear for sale at vending stations. We also had some great kids activities and they really embraced the fun. Stay tuned for more on that. And thank you Kea Maxwell for arranging the kids activities.
This weeks produce was asparagus and rhubarb. The early crops.

We also had baked goods, Ice cream, local coffee and so much more.

Wow Austin, way to come through. Opening week of farmers market was amazing and all because of you, our vendors and community spirit.

Produce will be available weekly from the types that can be harvested. Today we had asparagus at several booths and fresh eggs, baked goods, and hand crafted items even locally roasted coffee beans blends! Stay tuned for the lineup next week as more vendors will be coming as well.
