Abby joined us nine months ago as Katie’s attendant and Work Support Specialist. What a gift! She is wise beyond her years and so good with Katie. She is smart, insightful, hard-working and has a dry wit that I greatly enjoy. Someday you will have to pay her for counseling and it will be worth every penny. For now you might catch these two out Instacarting and who knows what else (sans the aprons). You are a treasure Abby! Abigail Brock

Little did I know when I hired Emilia that Katie and I would become smitten (get it Mimi?). With no formal training in a commercial kitchen I threw her in the deep-end (and prayed). Not only did she survive but she thrived! A unicorn of sorts, she is both magical with food and magnificent with our team. How blessed we have been to have Emilia as our head chef, kitchen manager, creative contributor, my sounding board, work support specialist for Katie, (etc etc) and our friend for life. (along with her husband, girls and dog). Much love

Rachel and Meagan have only been working with us for a few months but they have been great sales ladies! We look forward to seeing where their next path goes! Misty has been on this journey with us for a long time and we are grateful for the many ways she contributed to our team! She was our first “parking lot miracle”, never to be forgotten!

Today was Emma and Robin’s last day on the cart at TASB. Emma made special connections with her customers, always willing to offer a snack suggestion and a smile (and maybe a sticker!). Well done Em and Robin!

Three years ago Natalie started walking over to my house to make banana bread with me and Quinn. Her mom told me, “I think with training and practice she can make recipes independently “. THAT was an understatement! Natalie has been a vital part of our kitchen team and her appreciation for the beauty of food always inspires. “Oh Miss Wendy, isn’t that dough beautiful?!” Yes Natalie, it is. And so are you! Walk over sometime and we’ll make something beautiful together.

Dear Friends, Supporters and Customers,

We are sad to announce that Katie's Snack Cart will be terminating our service as of March 1st. We are incredibly proud of all of our team members and their support personnel who have provided exceptional treats and exceptional service to our customers for three and a half years.

Thanks to our family members and all of you who have cheered us on, and supported us in so many ways. Although we are disappointed to see this amazing endeavor come to an end, we are also hopeful that there are good things to come for each one of our exceptional people.
