In 1985, John Lucido began selling fresh pasta and Italian specialties at the Dallas Farmers Market, and customer demand quickly fueled growth across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. In 2021, Carlo and Paul continued the Lucido’s Pasta brand, bringing these products to McKinney, Rockwall, and Winnsboro.
