We are looking for some FULL TIME help!
Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8 AM to 5 PM, with an hour lunch 12 PM to 1 PM). Saturday rotation 8 AM to Noon.
Responsibilities: Help with butchering (possibly), cutting and learning cuts of meat, roll stock packaging, helping customers, learning to do cutting Instructions. Other duties as assigned.
You must be able to lift 50 to 60 pound trays. Will need to learn the different cuts of meat!
We need someone who wants to work at a job and show up! We are a small family business!
💥💥Baby will be here in 10 weeks or less!! If your looking to work just a few days and not show back up or your looking to work a week or week and a half. Please don't waste our time. Training takes a decent amount of time and energy!💥💥
No experience necessary we will train!

Possibility of extra hours if desire!!

Looking ahead!!!
We will be CLOSED MONDAY, JUNE 29 through SATURDAY, JULY 4!!
Due to baby and needed to stay close to my appointments and doctors. (Baby isn't due September 3, the original plan was August 27. But depending upon baby growth and placenta function, will depend on when we deliver). (I am going to the doctor 2 times a week until we deliver). We won't be going far from home. So Brent is planning to be OPEN the following afternoons for your 4th of JULY NEEDS! Make plans to stock up before we close or keep Brent busy those afternoons!!

All of our prayers go out to the Boardman family!

Our deepest condolences are with the family of Rick Boardman, who lost his life yesterday in a tragic accident.

Rick Boardman was more than a respected ag aviation operator—he was a trusted friend, mentor, and dedicated advocate for the agricultural aviation industry.

Through his years of service, Rick generously shared his knowledge, guidance, and passion with countless pilots and operators, leaving a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him. Especially his employees, friends and customers.

As a past President and valued board member of the Nebraska Aviation Trades Association Board of Directors, he devoted his time and leadership to strengthening our industry and supporting its future. Rick’s legacy will live on through the friendships he built, the lives he influenced, and the aviation community he cared for so deeply.
