It's been an incredible couple of days, filled with non-stop activity. We're thrilled to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who came out to support us. I've been diligently working on perfecting our smoked salmon for Gather's day. I've just taken the first batch out of the smoker, and we're offering two delicious options - a cherry bourbon version and a plain version soaked in a savory water, salt, and seasoned bath. The flavors are truly exceptional. Happy Father's Day to all.
