Three new flavors now available. Garlic Habanero Jam - medium or hot, Strawberry Chipotle Jam, and the first "kids" flavor - Strawberry Banana Jam. All are delicious and at both The Vault or directly from me.

Thank you all for your continued support. After making mostly spicy and adult flavors I have decided to make some more kid friendly flavors! The first is a delicious Strawberry/Banana Jam! I am open to suggestions or recommendations for others - I have a couple I'm considering: Chocolate Raspberry, Caramel Apple, or Blueberry - thoughts?

Shipping is an option, but not as inexpensive as I'd like, and if you might like a delivery locally I may be able to help there. And if you happen to work with someone I know we can definitely help.

Four great flavors now available at The Vault, 84 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, ME.
Tri-Pepper Jelly - a wonderful blend of three peppers. Just the right kick of spice with the sweet. Excellent with brie, cream cheese, goat cheese, or just on a cracker.
Raspberry Hananero Jam - a sweet and spicy treat. The fruit cuts the spice, but not too much! Can be used similarly to the Tri-Pepper Jelly, or would be fantastic on vanilla ice cream!
Red Wine Jelly - a nice treat for the wine lover.
IPA Beer Jelly - wanted to be sure that the beer fans didn't feel left out, and yes you can still taste the hops.
