Super pumped for the this! For the first time, Tony's Farm Table will be joining forces and teaching classes. With over 2,000 virtual classes under our belt, we are now ready to broaden our repertoire and offer hands-on, DIY at home classes all with a bit of goofy fun.
As we transition into spring, we are launching a few new classes that bring a light, airy & fresh take to all of our guests. Tony's Farm Table, Tony Boloney's sister company, is now booking classes and bringing Sicily right to your guests home/screen/oven. All of our new classes are for beginners and experts alike.
Here is a break-down of some of or new classes
1. NEOPOLITAN STYLE: Who doesn't love a good neo pie?! We make 2 pies. Vodka with Truffle Burrata and "Recco" white with Stracchino cheese, scamorza, sage & sesame crust.
2. "SICILIAN SQUARE" SFINCIONE: If you like it square, you are going to love ours! We make 2 pies, one traditional with anchovy, caciocavallo, & bread crumbs. The other, a more fun & creative twist topped with cream of artichoke & three different types of fresh mozzarella.
3. BURRATA & FRESH MOZZARELLA: Wait, you can make burrata at home?! Yes! We make 2 balls of burrata and 2 balls of fresh mozzarella, right from your own home!
4. ARANCINI "SICILIAN RICE BALLS:" Sicily's best kept secret! We make 2 types of traditional Sicilian Rice Balls, better known as Arancini, and one recipe with a creative spin.
5. Grilled Backyard Pizza:" We roll-up our sleeves, and make Tony's favorite Junk Yard Dog Fried Pizza.
