In partnership with the City of Atlanta Parks, Recreation and Bureau of Cultural Affairs, Piedmont Park Conservancy's Program Department will host the Green Market every Saturday morning, May through mid December from 9:00am to 1:00pm at Piedmont Park's 12th Street entrance gate. Spread out along the dogwood-lined streets of Atlanta's Piedmont Park, Green Market is an open-air LOCAL Farmer's Mark

et featuring locally grown produce, farm fresh meats, artisan cheeses, fresh cut flowers, baked goods, coffee, tea, juice, snacks for everyone, live music, chef demos, kids programs and plain fun for all.

Last week’s pickling workshop brought together seasonal ingredients, kitchen creativity, and a little hands-on experimentation in the Park. 🥒

Participants learned the basics of quick pickling while building custom jars with their own mix of produce, herbs, and spices—each one completely unique by the end of the evening.
