15 years ago today, Casseroles opened its doors.

What started as a small neighborhood prepared food shop somehow became part of so many people's lives – and that's something that has made doing what we do so special.

Over the years, we've prepared meals for exhausted new parents, sick friends and aging parents, food for celebrations, graduations, holidays, funerals, breakups, move-ins, move-outs, and ordinary Tuesday nights when nobody had the energy to cook.

To the customers who have been with us since the very beginning: thank you. Truly. We've watched your families grow up while this little business grew up too.

We've met new customers who became regulars and regulars who became friends.

And to the people who just discovered us recently – thank you for finding us. Small businesses survive because new people keep walking through the door, and we're incredibly grateful you did.

15 years later, we're still here. Still cooking. Still learning. Still trying to make food that feels comforting, thoughtful, and worth bringing home.

Thank you for letting us be part of your lives for all these years.
