After a busy weekend (thank you everyone!❤️ ) our chefs are in the kitchen working their magic.

And while they are preparing all your Casseroles favorites - including Chicken & Biscuits (pictured) - they're also creating some wonderful specials.

Here's what else will be coming out of the kitchen today!

Entree Specials:

Chicken Tetrazzini (ready at 2:30 pm)
chicken breasts, sliced mushrooms, and onions in a white sauce with fresh parsley & thyme - tossed with spaghetti pasta and topped with Italian herbed breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan

French Chicken (ready at 3:00 pm)
chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on), roasted baby potatoes, shallots, celery,
and garlic in a creamy sauce with rosemary and tarragon

Cheesy Beef & Macaroni (ready at 3:30 pm)
ground beef, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and sharp cheddar cheese tossed with elbow macaroni; topped with panko breadcrumbs and sharp cheddar cheese

Chicken Cordon Bleu Cavatappi (ready at 3:30 pm)
chopped chicken breasts, chopped ham, onions and garlic in a Dijon mustard-Swiss cheese sauce; tossed with Cavatappi pasta and topped with breadcrumbs and parmesan

Quiche:
Lorraine (bacon & Swiss 😋)

We are sooo ready for soup season....BUT its still 85 degrees out there, so we decided to lean into it and prepared lots of fresh salads for today!

We are also cooking up entree specials, main menu dishes, breakfast casseroles and much more!
