Relax and leave the cooking up to us. Just bake and enjoy.

Inland Market’s Salmon Wellington is truly a unique entrée. We marinate fresh salmon fillets in our decadent bourbon sauce to infuse the fish with flavor. We combine fresh mushrooms, parmesan cheese, white wine, cream and shallots and reduce it to a rich mushroom duxelle sauce. We hand wrap each salmon fillet in a golden puff pastry and layer generous amounts of mushroom duxelle to deliver an elegant and flavorful entrée you will be proud to serve.
