Safe milk handling -

We want your milk to last as long as possible so here’s a few tips -

*Store in the body of your refrigerator. The door has the most temperature swing and can impact quality.

*When picking up, bring a cooler bag/cooler/some way to keep it cold.

*If at a market, get your milk last or bring an insulated bag or cooler.

If you’ve noticed a trend it’s - keep it cold!

And as temperatures go up during the summer, it’s even more important to be proactive.
