After eight incredible years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to AMC, but pass the torch to a new owner and a new chapter.
What started as a small local butcher shop
and market grew into something so much more because of all of you. Your support, your conversations, your traditions, and your trust in us to be part of your tables and your lives have meant everything!
Each and every one of you have made an impact on our family and I can't thank you enough! I have always been proud to represent and carry on the traditions of the previous Cross Bros families who worked tirelessly to provide for the community in Ashland.
We’ve shared holidays (so many holidays), milestones, and everyday moments together. We’ve watched families grow, welcomed new faces, and built friendships that we will carry with us long after our doors close and reopen to a new and exciting concept!

This new concept will only expand on what we have offered since the original Cross Bros opened its doors in 1923.
This is not just a business, it is and always will be a community, and that’s something we are deeply proud of. Ashland you are our community and our family.
Thank you for choosing us, for supporting local, and for making these past 8 years unforgettable.
Please get excited and support the next family, and owners, as they continue the tradition of providing local provisions to this amazing community. Please also be patient as there will be a few interruptions in daily operations as interior upgrades will be completed including new equipment and a new floor (much needed) to better serve Ashland!
