Pete Vomvolakis and Austin Welch, with the help of hardworking and supportive friends and family members, have transformed an original 1930's Aptos home into a beautiful new restaurant and bar. The Hideout will serve classic and updated American comfort foods: delicious appetizers and small plates to share, soups, large salads, sandwiches,burgers, hearty entrees-- something for everyone. We have partnered once again with TLCS kindergarten teachers to raise funds and awareness for Jacob’s Heart, a local organization that lovingly supports families affected by childhood cancer.
