Kathy and I penned steers this morning and took some of them to the barn in case its raining in the morning I don't have to load them in the rain. Pulling out early in the morning headed to the butcher.

I know everyone is waiting for us to be stocked back up with beef. Thank Yall for being patient.

Quail and Boudin were a hit today!!!

We still have plenty Boudin left and still have some Quail. So if you didn't make it out today come by tomorrow. 12pm - 3pm

I want to Thank Yall for being patient and understanding that we are pretty much sold out of beef. We never expected our sales to increase so drastically over night like they did, but we are very Thankful for so many people trusting us to put beef on their table.

Hopefully we now have enough steers scheduled for the remainder of the year that won't happen again.

Even when the sun goes down we are planning for the future. While Kathy cooks dinner I am looking for our next great beef producer. When looking for another bull to add to our bull battery we are looking 3 yrs into the future. So yes the decisions we make today are made thinking about 3 yrs from now.

We are in this for the long haul. We aren't in this to take advantage of the current situation in our world. We are in this for many years to come because we care about creating the very best beef on the Gulf Coast.

Voted #1 in Brazoria County for a reason.
