F/V Arctic Pearl is getting lifted and prepped in Seward for this year’s upcoming salmon season

This is the behind-the-scenes of a fisherman/family owned seafood restaurant that CATCHES, processes, packages, AND cooks our own seafood.

It isn’t a “bit.” It’s what we do.

As the season turns and our family gets ready to go catch the restaurant’s salmon for the year, you’ll be seeing a lot more of what happens before it ever hits your plate.
