Hey, Happy Monday! If anybody is looking for beef fat to mix with their game, we have our bench-trim fat for $4.99lb. There will be a small amount of meat, possibly 3-5%. We have them frozen in cases of 50-60lbs. This trim comes from various cuts of beef steaks and roasts and makes excellent burger!
