TGIF Facebook fans! Here is another interesting coffee fact for you to ponder this weekend: Coffee can be used as a fuel source! Thats right! Scientists in London have developed a car that runs on used coffee grounds. It gets about 1 mile per pound of coffee but considering used coffee is garbage its essentially free fuel. We will drink to that!

Interesting fact #3 about coffee: Espresso is NOT a bean. It is a drink, and more specifically it is actually a TYPE of brewing METHOD. There is a lot of misconception surrounding espresso with products being marketed as espresso blends and chocolate covered espresso beans. Truth be told the beans that are covered in chocolate are rarely roasted to the proper level for espresso.
