Sharp's Custom Butchering Deer season hours of operation are more relaxed and we are available after posted hours to take in deer. Our prices are extremely competitive.

Over 40 years ago Larry's family began butchering on the farm for the numerous Sharp relatives. That slowly turned into a seasonal Deer Processing business that grew each year. We opened the new shop 11 years ago and we now are licensed through the State of Ohio and we are inspected by the State of Ohio Agriculture, Division of Meat, to process domestic and wild animals. We pride ourselves on ser

ving our customers with care and honesty. Custom Butchering means you bring the animal to us (or have it delivered) and we will cut to order, wrap and freeze your meat. We offer curing, sausage, patties, brats and during deer season we offer summer sausage, jerky and snack sticks. Give us a call with any questions. We accept CASH OR CHECK ONLY!

🚫 I also will not track you down for cut sheets, I’m one person with a very tight schedule to keep

⏰I’m currently not opening up spots for after season extras or nuisance deer⏰

🦌I will be making my deer donations 2/20/26, Adelphi food pantry & Laurelville Church of God are top of my list. There are a couple families in need local as well that will be receiving deer this year🦌
