We offer custom meat processing, retail sales, and quality meats you can trust—cut with care, served with pride. Opened by Brad and Kay Rundhaug in November of 1988 in downtown Almena. We moved to our Highway 8 location in the spring of 1997. In 2015 Brad and Kay semi retired, the business is now owned and operated by their daughter and son in-law Brent and Jessica Bohn. We specialize in beef, hog

, and lamb butchering and processing. We also process wild game and make a variety of different sausages. We also offer a full service meat counter with steaks and roasts cut to your liking, and we offer the very best of Wisconsin Cheeses!
