Apothecary Spices Owned by Eddie Gonzalez, Apothecary Spices is a boutique spice company providing high-quality spice blends to meet your grilling and roasting needs.

Blends can be used in a variety of recipes. Try them out on your favorite veggies, meats, even popcorn. Whether in the oven, on a rotisserie, or on the grill, these blends of wicked goodness will surely impress any guest. Eye of Newt is the signature spice, but to the collection have been added Wing of Bat, a poultry seasoning (good for oven roasted chicken or oven roasted carrots and potatoes), a

nd Dragon's Breath (a spicier version of Eye of Newt with chipotle pepper and white pepper). Our spices give you a great variety of uses with our selection of blends. Not sure which to get, pick up a sampler pack of all three.
