Well we got our first two of three soups done and Kathy has them at the store now.

No giant can
No plastic pale of chili sent to us with 29 different ingredients and colors and dumped into a pot and heated like everything pretty much out there today is

Ours ingredients are as follows
Our Mild Chili spice blend is using
Ancho,Guajillo,Pasila peppers ground with Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Onion, Salt & Pepper, Red Kidney beans
Organic Tomatoe juice and Pure
Organic Beef Broth
Onion, Garlic and Green Pepper
And of course our Ground Beef we grind from Brisket and Chuck so its real and no fillers and its from Iowa Black Angus USA America.

Since Washington Street is being shut down tomorrow for the Fair Parade, we have decided to close at 5:30 on Wednesday, 9/2/26.

Slicers will be shut down at 5pm to allow us time to clean them and still close by 5:30.
