Sunday Reflection & Wellness Word

On this Sunday, I’m reminded that our health is not just physical it’s spiritual, emotional, and generational.

The Word says:

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” — 3 John 1:2

Taking care of our bodies is one way we honor God. What we put into our bodies matters. What we pass down to our children matters. The choices, the discipline, the education and it all matters.
