It's going to be another awesome season at the 2026 La Familia Farmers Market Free Summer Concert with our Opening Day this Friday, June 12th from 5pm to 8pm featuring New Mexico Country favorite Daniel Solis, blessing by Acoma Pueblo Next Generation Youth Singers & Dancers and youth performances by I-Dance!!! Support local farmers, arts-n-crafts vendors, and food by The Munchie Truck and other exciting vendors. It's a beautiful day today in the South Valley! Continuing to address the housing needs of South Valley Senior Citizens. Helping Senior Citizens rehabilitate their homes so that they can age safely in their homes and remain in their homes. We worked with this South Valley Senior Citizen replacing their old water heater new water heater and updating the infrastructure. Thank you to Senator Linda Lopez and MRCOG for supporting this work!

It was a beautiful weekend in the South Valley!! We continue to keep our community beautiful and clean. After watching the sand build up on the streets we worked with community members to clean the street on La Vega Dr where it meets Bridge Blvd. Simple acts like this make a huge difference in keeping our community clean, plus it’s preventative work because it clears the path for water drainage when it rains to prevent flooding of our residents and businesses in the area.
