These are just a few of the Encore Azaleas blooming in our nursery right now. We have dozens of varieties, far more than we could fit in one post.

What makes Encores special? Most azaleas bloom once in spring. Encores bloom in spring and then again from summer into fall, so you get color in your garden more than once a year.

Fall is a great time to plant them. Cool air and warm soil help the roots settle in before next summer’s heat. Come see them in bloom and pick your favorites in person.

Which one would you plant? Tell us in the comments.

Imagine ending every evening to the sound of falling water.

This backyard went from bare ground to a natural stone waterfall in seven weeks. Our team designed it, placed every stone by hand, and built it to look like it’s always been there.

If you’ve been dreaming of something like this, now is a great time to start planning. Design over the winter, and you could be listening to your own waterfall by spring.

Call our Landscape Services team at 803.648.0329 to schedule a design consultation.

One week until the Nutcracker comes to Cold Creek.

The Aiken Civic Ballet is bringing Waltz of the Flowers to our greenhouse for live performances among the poinsettias, and you’re invited.

Saturday, November 7 | 10 am to 2 pm
Performances at 11 am, 12 pm, and 1 pm

Make a holiday craft, snap a photo in our photo booth, sip hot cocoa or apple c***r, and shop our Christmas décor and Market while you’re here. It’s free, and the whole family is welcome.

Plus, register to win tickets to the Nutcracker Tea! We’re giving away pairs for the 1:00 and 3:30 seatings. Winners will be announced at 2 pm, and you don’t need to be present to win.

Save this post, tag who you’re bringing, and we’ll see you in the greenhouse.
