As the weather cools down, we welcome you to come try some of our house-made Kimchi!

Choose from Napa Cabbage, Daikon Radish, or cucumber (not pictured); these crisp and crunchy pieces of salted & lightly fermented veggies are full of flavor.
Salty, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, tons of umami, with a slight tang from the probiotic fermentation process. (The probiotic bacteria is also healthy for your gut & immune system!)
