The freezer is full and I've started the freeze hold wait list. Please call or text if you'd like to be added to the wait time. Also, please don't message through Facebook. It's just to much to keep up with. I'd also like to say thank you to each and everyone who has made it into the shop already this season. It amazes me the stories I get about how people have found out about my place. Word of mouth truly is the best advertisement. Please be patient as we work through this season and looking forward to seeing everyone again this year!!! Thank you!!

Annual reminder!!! With shotgun season approaching I thought I better post a little reminder. Please call before coming to drop off. I can only hold so many pounds until I'm full!! Once I'm full I'll put you on the freeze hold list with your name and number. You will have to hold onto your meat until I call you when I'm ready for you to drop off. Keep your meat frozen at drop off. The list of names will get out to 14-16 weeks just to get in here, so be patient with me and I'll get to you. PLEASE do not call unless you have a deer. Every year I have around 30-50 people who get on the list then not show up. That takes time away for me to contact those people. Thanks to everyone understanding. I promise your meat will be just as good if you're eating it in December or May. 😁 Be safe and good luck this season.

It's hard to think with these temps that deer season is right around the corner! I plan to open back up September 29th this year. If you have youth deer before then, please freeze it and you can bring it in during hours once I've opened. Also, I get asked a lot about what bags to freeze hold meat in. If you search on Amazon for food grade 5 gallon bucket liners those work best. Please don't put your meat into garbage/trash bags!! We guarantee everyone's own personal deer back. The better you do trimming and keeping your meat clean the better it will be when I am finished with it. Good luck...stay safe and looking forward to seeing old and new faces this season.
