📢 FARMERS MARKET CANCELED TODAY

Unfortunately, we will not be holding the Ackerman Farmers Market this evening. Due to vendor availability, we do not have enough vendors able to attend today’s market.

👕 FARMERS MARKET T-SHIRTS:

We know many of you look forward to Thursday evenings with us, and we truly appreciate everyone who continues to support our market, our vendors, and our local community. ❤️

We apologize for the late notice and any inconvenience. Please help us spread the word by sharing this post!

🌻💜 IT’S MARKET DAY, ACKERMAN! 💜🌻

Tonight from 5–7 PM, your local vendors will be set up and ready to see you at the Ackerman Farmers Market!

If you’ve been saying, “I need to go by the Farmers Market one Thursday…” — THIS is your Thursday! 😂

Come grab something for supper, pick up a few goodies, browse the handmade items, visit with your neighbors, and support the local folks who keep showing up week after week.

You don’t have to spend $50 to support your Farmers Market.

💜 A $5 purchase matters.
💜 Sharing our posts matters.
💜 Telling a friend matters.
💜 Simply showing up matters.

We’ve extended the market through October 15th, and we want to see it continue to be something our community can enjoy. But that only happens when the community comes out and supports it.

So grab a friend, load up the kids, and come spend a little bit of your Thursday evening with us! 🌻

🌻 TOMORROW IS MARKET DAY, ACKERMAN! 🌻

We’ve spent the last few days asking what YOU want to see at your Farmers Market — now we need you to come out and support the vendors who are showing up! 💜

📅 Tomorrow — Thursday
⏰ 5–7 PM
📍 Ackerman Farmers Market

Stop by after work, grab something for supper, pick up a treat for the family, browse the handmade goodies, and see what our local vendors have brought this week.

Even if you only spend $5 or $10, you’re supporting a local family, farmer, baker, maker or small business — and you’re helping show that Ackerman wants a Farmers Market. 🌻

We’ve extended the season through October 15th, but for a community market to continue, it needs a community behind it.

So tomorrow, don’t just drive by and wonder what’s going on. 😂 Pull in and come see us!

💜 Shop local.
🌻 Support local.
🏡 Keep local events growing.

Who’s planning to come see us tomorrow? Drop a 🙋‍♀️ below!

We’re here through October 15th, so let’s make these last few markets count! 💜🌻

📣🌻 CALLING LOCAL VENDORS! 🌻📣

The Ackerman Farmers Market has been extended through October 15th, and we would LOVE to fill these last few markets with even more local goodness! 🍂

And remember — VENDOR FEES ARE WAIVED for the remainder of the season! 🙌

Do you bake? Craft? Grow plants? Make handmade items? Sell eggs? Create art? Sew? Crochet? Make candles, soaps, jewelry, woodworking or other unique products?

We’d love to have you!

This summer’s extreme heat made growing especially difficult, and as we move into fall, fresh produce naturally becomes less plentiful. That means this is a great time to showcase all the OTHER things our local community grows, makes, bakes and creates. 💜

Already an approved vendor? Come set up with us!

Interested in becoming a vendor? Reach out to us for information about getting your application approved.

And shoppers — help us out! 👇

TAG a local maker, baker, grower or small business you’d love to see at the Farmers Market!

Let’s see how many local folks we can get together for these last few Thursdays. 🌻🍂

📅 Thursdays through October 15th
💜 Vendor fees waived!

🌻 We want to hear from YOU! 🌻

As we start looking ahead and thinking about the future of the Ackerman Farmers Market, we’d love to hear ideas from our community!

Where do you usually hear about local events? Facebook? Flyers? School? Local businesses? The newspaper? Somewhere else? And what are some ways you think we could better spread the word about the market?

We currently use several different ways to get the word out, including social media, flyers throughout the community, flyers sent home with elementary students, our market dates on the Town’s website calendar, and we’ve been fortunate to have the local newspaper feature the Farmers Market in several articles. But there is always room to grow, and we’d love to hear your ideas!

We’re also always looking for people who would like to become more involved with the Farmers Market, including new board members! If you love our community and have ideas for helping us plan, promote, and grow the market, send us a message. 🌻

The Farmers Market is for our community, and we want the community to have a voice in its future. ❤️
