Fork n' Spoon Fork n' Spoon~ local food done right! The Neisius Family would like to provide a myriad of restaurant quality ready to eat and take home meals.

While incorporating the products of other venders at The Abingdon Farmers Market, these meals will be filled with local, seasonal and nutritious elements in a traditional whole foods style. We want to encourage and challenge the community to try new alternatives to corporate processed foods and educate individuals and families in the importance of a more natural environmentally conscious model of local sustainable food..

Each Taco will be served on Indian Fry bread and will have all the taco fixings...lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, homemade salsa and guacamole. With a side of beans and rice.

I will not be at market on Saturday...my husband and son are hiking a section of the AT this year and will be in the hikers parade. I just HAVE to be there to soak them both :) Have a great market without me.
