Yesterday, Kijana Factory was honored to be invited to an informal lunch between women in business and Ms. Catherine Pattillo, AFR Deputy Director at the .
We had meaningful discussions on economic, gender, and business environment developments affecting Tanzania and the region.

We were proud to share our work in promoting financial literacy among smallholder women farmers and our Farm to Factory model, which empowers women in rural communities by adding value to what they produce.

Grateful to be part of shaping the future of inclusive economic growth.

Today we had an amazing session about financial literacy on the topic of bookkeeping and investment. We also accommodated a few representatives from each group we work with, and they gained a lot of skills in how to design their cash flow statement and how to start investing from the session provided by .amis, and now they are ready to grow their businesses and start investing.

We thank Kaole College of Agriculture for hosting us today and sharing opportunities they have with women farmers, and thank you to our team 💚.
