While the germination helps to increase the bioactive compounds such as gamma oryzanol, gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) that maybe linked to mood improvement, sleeplessness and anxiety relief, and other health benefits. We strictly follow the traditional germination method to maximize nutrients in the rice. Our rice comes in individual vacuum pack to keep it fresh and homogeneous.
