From Kyoto to TAYYIB 🍵🇯🇵

Our vendor Fasiha recently returned from Kyoto, where she attended a traditional Japanese tea ceremony and experienced the authentic preparation of ceremonial grade Uji matcha firsthand.

She learned the art behind proper whisking techniques, the importance of water temperature and balance, and how matcha in Japan is far more than just a drink. It is a ritual connected to mindfulness, wellness, and slowing down intentionally.

That experience inspired us to introduce matcha in a healthier dessert form here in Pakistan 💚

This Sunday at the TAYYIB Farmers Market, Fasiha will be serving tastings of our Uji Matcha Gurt Bowl made with premium ceremonial grade Uji matcha.
