Terms & Conditions:
1. Orders are only acceptable through any of our mentioned/ highlighted medium of communication. If any other source or number contact you with our name, please confirm our contact detail through our web-page & facebook .
2. Your placed order delivery duration will totally based upon the quantity of your order, time of your order, and the distance ( max. delivery time 48 hours).
3. Product(s) you order must be available in locally as currently are services our limited to Karachi only.
4. We will be charging you the retail price for each product; apart from our services charges.
5. Your minimum order should not less than 1000PKR
6. Our Services charges are:
1000PKR - 5000PKR => 10%
5000PKR - more => 8%
7. You can only modify your Ration List within 24 hours after placing your order or if your order is not confirmed via confirmation call.
8. Currently we are only accepting payments in cash at the time delivery. (Note: if you are asked to pay more apart from our communicated total price by any of our distributor, please don't pay extra and inform us.)
9. As we are providing Ration, it include everything which facilitate you in your home chores etc. Hence, order for vegetables and fruits should be place in evening, as we believe on fresh buying, we will purchase the fresh items for you in the morning in will deliver you the same within max 3 hours.
