Most Wagyu beef is imported from Japan but the Umami Olive Wagyu Beef is the exception. The seed cattle used to produce what is now the Olive Wagyu you can now enjoy were imported from Japan before the country prohibited the exportation of the unique cattle.
While Umami Olive Wagyu Beef doesn’t taste exactly like Japanese Wagyu, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. It’s spectacular meat that you will fall in love with.
It is acquired from an outstanding producer that’s based out of Jacksonville, Texas.
UMAMI OLIVE WAGYU BEEF TRAITS

Like all types of Wagyu Beef, Olive Wagyu has an incredible amount of marbling that enhances the taste and helps the meat melt in your mouth. What truly sets the Umami Wagyu Beef apart is the flavor.
The cattle are fed a large number of high-quality olives. The fat in the olives encourages an even higher amount of marbling and also gives the meat a fantastic taste that you’ll quickly become addicted to.
