Today, we honor the bravery and sacrifice of our Filipino heroes who fought for our freedom. Araw ng Kagitingan reminds us of the courage shown during the fall of Bataan, where soldiers stood strong despite overwhelming odds. 🇵🇭

✨ 𝙆𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙠𝙖𝙬?
Araw ng Kagitingan commemorates the fall of Bataan during World War II in 1942. It honors Filipino and American soldiers who bravely defended the country against Japanese forces. The day was first observed in 1942 and later declared a national holiday to remember their heroism and sacrifice.
