For the wedding of and his lovely new wife, Trish, we baked a 12-inch lattice-topped Apple Cranberry Pie, a 9-inch Pecan Pie, a 9-inch Pistachio Pie, and a 6-inch French Apple Pie. The lovely couple ordered our pies instead of having a wedding cake, as pie people tend to do. Thanks for trusting us to make these for your big day and we hope that it’s a start to many delicious days together. Best wishes and congratulations!

From March 1-5, we participated in ‘s Homegrown Fair! We had a blast meeting new customers and old friends who sampled and purchased our goodies! To all of you who offered encouraging words and lent their support via their presence or through ordering our goodies, we are grateful for the help you have given our small business, and we look forward to baking your days better!

First of all, thank you to everyone who enjoyed our weekend specials last week! We sold out within a few hours of posting and had to turn down many orders that came in afterwards 👩🏻‍🍳

So by popular demand, we’re going to make a slightly bigger batch of our favorite new goodies this weekend, plus a couple of favorites from our menu and one with a new twist 😋

Here’s what we’ll be enjoying on our gastronomic adventure this weekend:

🍕 Smoked Pepperoni Pizza (₱825) - a 14-inch handmade pie made with our 24-hour fermented dough, topped with Italian marinara sauce, smoked pepperoni, organic basil and 100% European mozzarella cheese

🍕 Barbecue Chicken Pizza (₱775)- a 14-inch handmade pie made with our 24-hour fermented dough, topped with barbecue sauce, baked chicken, red onion and 100% European mozzarella cheese

🍞 Rum & Lemon Pound Loaf (₱450) - a traditional pound cake baked in a one-pound loaf and drenched with a Spiced Rum & Lemon sauce

🥐 Chicken Curry Empanadas (₱750) - one dozen deep fried empanadas made with our artisanal pasty dough and authentic chicken curry filling

🥧 French Apple Pie (₱1,425) - our signature 9-inch apple pie with a crumble top and butterscotch sauce to drizzle on top

We have Twelve (12) each of the Artisanal Pizzas (6 of each flavor) and Rum & Lemon Pound Loaves, and 5 boxes of the Empanadas, and as many French Apple Pies as you want! Send us a message to reserve your choices before these are sold out! 😊

Apron Strings is famous for our artisanal goodies 🥧 Savory Pies & Quiches, Fruity & Nutty Dessert Pies, Baked & Fried Empanadas, Breads & Buns, and Nostalgia Cookies & Belgian Chocolate Brownies.

Recently, we’ve enjoyed baking some new goodies like our Foccacia Alla Genovese, Rum & Lemon Pound Loaf, and Gourmet Pizzas 🍕

Although we originally made these for our family’s enjoyment, a lot of friends saw the mouth-watering photos of our creations, and have been asking when it will be added to our menu 👩🏻‍🍳

So by popular demand, we’re going to make a limited quantity of our favorite new goodies available. If you want to join our gastronomic adventure, here’s what you can enjoy this weekend from February 18-19th (Saturday/Sunday):

Ten (10) Artisanal Pizzas featuring our pizza dough, made from unbleached organic flour and extra virgin olive oil, and fermented for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

There are 2 variants to choose from, and 5 pies available for each one:

Pumpkin spice buns!

Our Apron Strings seasonal offering for the month of October. Be one of the first to try these delicious pillowy soft artisanal buns, made with fresh pumpkin, stuffed with a pumpkin spice butter pecan filling, and topped with vanilla glaze. It stings in your mouth and in your tummy paired with a good cup of coffee. Only PHP 700 for a box of nine large scrumptious buns.

these take four hours to bake, so you will need to place your order a day before delivery. PM or reply at the comment section down below for your orders.

Hi friends! I am now accepting orders for my Pumpkin Spice Buns!

This seasonal offering from Apron Strings are pillowy soft artisanal buns made with fresh pumpkin, stuffed with a pumpkin spice butter pecan filling and topped with a vanilla glaze. It sings in your mouth and in your tummy when paired with a good cup of coffee! Only Php 700 for a box of 9 large scrumptious buns.

It takes about 4 hours to make, so I can accept only a limited amount of orders per day. I can bake 10 boxes (all baked when ordered, of course) for tomorrow, Saturday, September 24, and Sunday, September 25. PM me or reply in the comment section to reserve a box for yourself!
