Alturas Panglao 2nd Anniversary Rewards Card Promo 🎉
To our valued customers, celebrate with us this anniversary and enjoy exclusive rewards!
Mechanics:
1. Join the promo for every single receipt purchase worth of the following:
• P3,000 from Fixrite Hardware
• P1,000 from Supermarket
2. Redeem the Rewards Card at the Consumer Welfare Desk which has eight ( 8 ) empty slots. Customers will receive a stamp on their card for making the required purchase on each visit. Present the receipt to the Consumer Welfare Desk counter for stamping.
3. After completing eight stamps, customers can join the raffle by dropping their Rewards Card in the drop box at the Customer Service Counter. A consumer may drop as many rewards cards as he or she wants as long as the 8 stamps are completed within the promotional period.
4. Before dropping the card in the drop box, fill it out with your name, complete address, contact number, and signature. The drawn card with inadequate information is invalid.
5. The draw will take place on December 8, 2024, at 3 p.m., at Alturas Panglao. The deadline for dropping off Rewards Cards will be 1 p.m. on December 8, 2024.
6. Winners will be notified via SMS or phone call. To receive the prize, the winner must present two valid government-issued IDs with photocopies to the Corporate Marketing Office, which is located on the Upper Ground of the Alturas Corporate Center, North Wing of Island City Mall.
7. Prizes not claimed within 60 days of receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of the management.
8. Gift certificates are only acceptable at Alturas Panglao and are not redeemable for cash.
9. AGC employees with up to the second degree of consanguinity are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
10. A DTI-Bohol representative will supervise the raffle draw.
