CHILI CON CARNE RECIPE

Ingredients:
500g TGM Ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can red kidney beans
1 pack tomato paste (70g)
1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic and onion. Add beef and cook until browned.
2. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and chili powder. Mix well.
3. Add kidney beans and a splash of water. Simmer for 20 mins.
4. Season to taste. Serve with rice, bread, or tortilla chips.

Simple Almondigas Recipe:

Ingredients:
300g TGM Ground Pork
1 Pilmico Farms' Fresh Egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 small patola or sayote, sliced
1 misua (thin noodles)
4 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Mix ground pork with egg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
2. Sauté garlic and onion. Add water and bring to a boil.
3. Drop meatballs gently and simmer for 10 mins.
4. Add patola/sayote and misua. Cook for 5–7 mins.
5. Season to taste. Serve warm.

The secret? Always taste as you go!

Adobong Sitaw with Sisig Fiesta Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups string beans (sitaw), cut into 2-inch pieces
1 pack TGM Sisig Fiesta (any variant)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
Oil for sautéing

Instructions:
1. Sauté Aromatics: In a pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Pan-fry Sisig: Cook sisig for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add Beans: Stir-fry sitaw with sisig for 3–4 minutes
4. Add Liquids: Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Let it simmer uncovered until beans are tender-crisp (about 5–7 mins).
5. Serve: Best with rice.

Pork Katsudon Recipe
Ingredients:
2 TGM Pork Tonkatsu
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
Bull-dog sauce
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Make Tonkatsu: Coat pork chops in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden and cooked.
2. Sauce: Use Bull-dog sauce
3. Add Egg & Pork: Slice pork, lay over simmering onions, and pour beaten egg on top. Cover and cook until egg is just set.
4. Serve: Slide over a bowl of rice. Garnish with green onions if desired.

Ingredients:
500g TGM Pork tapa, sliced thin
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber or bell pepper, julienned
1 cup string beans or asparagus, trimmed
Toothpicks or kitchen twine
Cooked rice

Optional Glaze:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:
1. Chop Veggies: Thinly sliced the vegetables
2. Cook Tapa: In a hot pan, sear pork tapa on both sides.
3. Assemble Rolls: Add cooked rice. Lay a tapa slice flat, place a few veggie sticks inside, and roll. Secure with toothpick.
4. Add Glaze (Optional): Mix glaze ingredients and pour into pan. Simmer until slightly sticky.
5. Serve: With rice and dipping sauce like vinegar or soy-calamansi.

This dish will put your chopping skills to test.

Tocino Bibimbap Recipe
Ingredients:
250g TGM
2 cups cooked white rice
1 carrot, julienned
1 zucchini, julienned
1 cup bean sprouts
2 eggs
Sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds
Gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions:
1. Cook Tocino: In a non-stick pan, cook tocino with a bit of water until caramelized. Slice if needed.
2. Prepare Vegetables: Sauté each vegetable separately in sesame oil, seasoning lightly with salt.
3. Fry Eggs: Sunny side up or over-easy.
4. Assemble Bowl: Place rice in a bowl. Arrange tocino and veggies on top. Add fried egg.
5. Finish: Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve with a spoonful of gochujang on the side.
