Tapa Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
500g TGM Pork tapa, sliced thin
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber or bell pepper, julienned
1 cup string beans or asparagus, trimmed
Toothpicks or kitchen twine
Cooked rice
Optional Glaze:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Chop Veggies: Thinly sliced the vegetables
2. Cook Tapa: In a hot pan, sear pork tapa on both sides.
3. Assemble Rolls: Add cooked rice. Lay a tapa slice flat, place a few veggie sticks inside, and roll. Secure with toothpick.
4. Add Glaze (Optional): Mix glaze ingredients and pour into pan. Simmer until slightly sticky.
5. Serve: With rice and dipping sauce like vinegar or soy-calamansi.
