HAKOT PA-PREMYO PROMO MECHANICS:
FCC SUPERMARKET CONCEPCION BRANCH
1. Purchase URC products
2. Customers are entitled to receive raffle coupon based on their total purchase amount (single purchase receipt). The minimum purchase to qualify is PhP500.00 with additional coupons awarded for every PhP500.00 additional worth of purchase as follows:
a.) For every 500 pesos worth of URC products, customer will receive 1 raffle coupon
b.) For every 1000 pesos worth of URC products, customer will receive 2 raffle coupons
c.) For every 1,500 pesos worth of URC products, customer will receive 3 raffle coupons, and so on
3. Submit your receipts to the designated promo booth in exchange for a raffle coupon
4. To join the raffle, fill out the raffle coupon with the following details:
a.) Full Name
b.) Complete Mailing Address - please do specify Barangay, Municipality/City, and Province
c.) Age (At least 21 y/o and above as minimum requirement)
d.) Active Contact Number/s
e.) Signature
5. Drop the entries at the designated drop box. Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified
6. Each qualified entry is eligible for the raffle draw to be one of the 20 lucky hakot players
7. There will be 2 major draws scheduled on the following dates at 3:00PM

The winners will be advised of the gameplay schedule thru text message, phone call, or mail to be sent to the address stated in the winning raffle coupon. Drawn winners will also be posted in the official page of FCC, In case of a winner being unresponsive within sixty (60) days from notification, FCC has the right to draw another winner with proper coordination with DTI-Tarlac
8. During draws, FCC Supermarket representative and DTI-Tarlac representative reserves the right to validate the raffle coupons. Defaced, crumpled, tampered coupon will not be honored/recognized. Scheduled draws shall be supervised by DTI together with official representatives of FCC Supermarket
9. Customer can only win once during the entire promo period. All non-winning entries will be discarded after each draw
10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
11. Only the person whose name appears on the entry is solely entitled to play the Hakot game. Winners need to show the text message/letter to FCC and 2 valid and original IDs before they can play (Example: National, Driver's License, Passport, SSS, GSIS, Postal, TIN, etc.). IDs presented should have the following information: Name, Address, Date of Birth, Signature. No substitute is allowed except for cases where the winner is visibly physically incapable to play
12. By participating in this promotion, winners expressly grant their consent for the organizers to publish their full names in any promotional materials, social media announcements, or press releases related to this raffle without further compensation
