⚠️ FAKE P1,000.00 BILL - AUGUST pa gani samot na sa BER Months ⚠️

We would like to inform everyone to be extra careful wala pa gani BER months nakadawat nami og FAKE MONEY this August. Last year we received 2pcs FAKE P1,000.00 in BER months. Karon August pa nakadawat nami og P1,000.00 FAKE Money. Maluoy tawon mo kay charge to our cashier raba among policy.

As of this moment naa sa among store para inyong makita ang fake money but we are required by the bank to surrender this fake money.

Among observation:
- Ang fake money is sinaw and ang original kay gaspang ang papel
- Ang fake money dili detailed ang print unlike sa original
- Naa pud siya gamayng traces sa UV and ang original daghan traces sa UV

To our customers, pasensya daan if medyo madugay ang pag-serve ninyo especially sa cash payment. Ayaw lang pud mo kalain if icheck namo inyong bill.

Business owners extra careful ta and purchase fake money detector.

Thank you for your understanding.

Smiles and hope filled Linamon, Lanao del Norte as Walang Gutom Program beneficiaries joined the August 20, July 21 and June 20, 2026 Food Redemption activity held at the Linamon Auditorium. The smiles of the beneficiaries truly paint a thousand words—hope, relief, and gratitude brought home to every family.

With food credits, each beneficiary household was empowered to choose fresh, nutritious, and affordable food to bring home—strengthening every table, every home, and every future.

The successful and orderly conduct of the redemption was made possible through the full support of LGU–Linamon for allowing the activity to be held at the Auditorium, ensuring a safe, transparent, and well-managed process. With the assistance from the LGU and Ma’am Bers (DSWD), Ma’am Ayah (DSWD), Ma’am Shahani (MSWD), Ma’am Luz (MSWD) and Ma’am Rachel (MSWD)—and all and MSWD staff—clear procedures were implemented and explained to ensure a smooth, disciplined, and orderly flow of the redemption, from verification to distribution.

Special mention to our dedicated staff and the Barangay Tanods who were on duty during the night preparation of the food packages, helping ensure security and peace and order as the commodities were readied for the next day’s redemption.

DSWD Walang Gutom Program 2027 — thank you for your continued guidance and efforts. It would be an honor if you could share this community activity highlighting the successful redemption of Linamon beneficiaries.

If you have good photos from today’s 05/19 redemption activity, please share them to help highlight more smiles and moments of gratitude— and a simple “thank you, DSWD” would truly mean a lot.
